Watching that episode where the duggars went to the biltmore house makes me never want to go there. Not that I really wanted to to begin with but man. They showed the tour guides telling them "put your hands clasped in fornt of you" and "we don't touch anything" it was so stupid. And when Jimbob asked if they could stand around the table (not even asking to touch it just to stand around it!) they look like he asked them if he could blow it up. It's like my lord this is just STUFF. It's SUPPOSED to be touched/used/stood by. I mean do you think the guy who built it never used it. And you know what even if some put a knick in it by accident guess what? the world didn't come to an end. It's STUFF. You can't take it with you when you die obviously because the guys dead and his house is still here. I could see them saying don't touch the pictures or other porcelain items but a table is a table. It doesn't matter who used it. A chair is a chair. We shouldn't panic if someone sits on it.
Anyway that's the end of my ramblings on that.

Jimbob Robert
Sells cars, real estate, And spends as much time at home as possible.
Michelle Annette
Is a stay at home mother who home schools (or home schooled where the older ones are concerned) all her children. Has the patience of a saint. Not just because she has 19 kids but because she always seems so calm even when they get in trouble and she has to get on to them. I mean I wouldn't be screaming at them or anything but I couldn't be that calm. :D
So their goal worked. They said they wanted to do the show to inspire others and they did because I've seen some things they do that I could stand to change in myself. I don't think they're perfect but no one is and it's nice to see a big happy family. Reminds me of my own childhood.
Joshua James
Likes: Of course his Wife and baby :D, Video production, Planning on being an attorney
Jana Marie
Likes: Babysitting, Chicken noodle soup, Usually seen with one of her younger sisters in her hands, Working on being a midwife (cool)
John-David
Likes: Playing broomball, Chicken spaghetti, Working on being a contractor
So the duggars answer questions. :D
The question that sticks out in my mind is when the one woman asked "don't you worry about your carbon footprint since everyone else (just look at celebrities and the things they buy, walk outside and look at the garbage thrown down by everyday people you cant tell me that they're doing good for the environment) is doing they're part?" I thought Jimbob answer was perfect he pointed out (which I already knew) that they're carbon footprint per individual is lower than the average persons. They buy most of what they have used from clothes to toys to bunk beds even their kitchen appliences were bought used. (They tell you in their book)
He's right. I mean look at the mall. How many people do you see that go in there and buy from all the stores? Their spending tons of money on brand new clothing and toys and books because they (especially teenager) are "to good" to wear or use used items. We should worry less about the amount of people the duggars have and more about the amount of things we allow our kids and ourselves to buy brand new when we can have a used item that works just as well. We need to worry more about how teenagers don't even flinch to spend 50 bucks on a pair of pants when they could go to a used clothing store and get perfectly good clothes for much less. Almost all my clothes come from goodwill and none of them have stains or holes (and people have complimented me on my clothes) and ALL the pants I have bought there have been under 10 dollars. The shirts as well. Although I do understand not buying some things used like underwear or shoes things like that. I don't do that either.
Anyway just found it ironic that people are worried about the duggars "carbon footprint" when the odds are they and their family are probably doing more harm than the duggars.

The first grandduggar has arrived! Mackynzie Renee Duggar was born on october 8th 2009 weighing in at 8 pounds and was 19.5 inches long at 6:39 p.m. :D She is so cute!
God bless her and her parents. I watched the episode they just played and Josh delivered her! That is so shocking to me. Not that I think it's bad because there were other people there that actually knew a thing or two about giving birth (his mother, the birthing teacher/doula, and Jill although Jill is not as experienced :D)
Interesting fact: Mackynzie shares the same birthday as Johannah

I haven't written in awhile so I'll try to catch up.
About the episode "Duggars on a diet" First of all I want to know what Jimbob duggar was eating while he was at the weight loss place. At first I thought it was a candy bar but then the nutritionist lady was talking to him while he ate so I don't know. If I was Jimbob I wouldn't worry about losing weight. I mean it's not like the guy is fat or anything. He looks normal to me. He pointed out his gut but most guys when they hit about their 40s get that.
Duggars "say yes to the dress" I thought it was great. All those dresses and they had to search forever just to find one that was modest. But hey they were went there because they offered them the dress for free so you get what you pay for. :) No I'm just joking it was actually a very beautiful dress. I like when they asked one of the girls (it's been a little while since I watched it so I don't remember which. I keep thinking it was jessa though) "what do you think of that dress" and she turned around and said "Oh is that a dress I thought it was a slip.......no I'm just joking but it isn't really to modest".
"20 years 20 duggars" I especially loved this episode. One of my favorites. I enjoyed every minute. They sat michelle down and asked her if she could remember what happened in each pregnancy and then asked her to also describe something about each of their traits. I can't picture Jessa as their srubborn child, though she does have a great sense of humor. But I think Johannah is really testing her boundaries lately but all kids do that so this isprobably just a phase. Anyway the wedding was beautiful and I loved the descriptoins of each of their children. Over all this is definatly one of my favorite episodes.

So I watched the duggars last night. It was so funny. :) They were adding a basket ball court and some cement to ride they're scooters on. They were ssssssssoooooooo bored waiting for the cement to dry. It was so cute! I mean they have a rock wall to climb on and everything but they were bored. :) Then when it was dry they went wild they were riding everywhere the one boy took a ladder and held on to the hoop and hung on while one of the other boys pulled the ladder away. :)
Then they made a huge water slide it was awesome! And the girls had on wholesome wear swimsuits so they were completely covered which I thought was great. And then they announced they were having another baby. :):):) Joy-Anna ran inside and called Josh and Anna before the parents could tell them! It was so funny they called and they were like we have something to tell you and Josh was like we know Joy-Anna told us. :) I found it all very funny. I can't wait for them to have the new one. I wonder what they're going to name him/her. My sister is due around the same time as Mrs. Duggar. :) I kinda want Mrs. Duggar to have twin girls because she's already had twin boys and a boy/girl set. Anyway my latest thoughts on Duggar activities.

I watched their show on tuesday and it was one of the boys birthday (I think James) and they went bowling. It made me think of the one and only time I went bowling (I want to go again) I got one strike like michelle (no the bumpers weren't up :D) actually I think michelle got more than one. She said the ball would look like it was going to hit then it'd get to the end and it wouldn't. I know how that feels. They said altogether the duggars had 241 gutterballs. I saw a piece of equiptment that i didn't know about. It was this metal thingthat the little kids could but I'm glad they didn't let the older kids use it. Because if you let the older kids (like 5 or 6) then they don't actually learn how to play the game. I don't think they even put up the bumpers on any of their lanes either. When one of my sisters and I went we joked that we would need the bumpers.:D But we did pretty well and yes we got some gutterballs but it was so much fun. We took my then 6 month old nephew with us and he fell asleep! Music blaring it was like 9 lights flashing it was so loud and he slept like.... wel a baby. :D It was so cute. Anyway just my thought of the duggars for the day.
